Q: What is your return policy?

A: All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, which will be assessed by one of our team members).

We offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within the first 30 days,

Items must be returned in new, usused, unopened condition within 30 days of receival date. If product has been installed, worn, or damaged, the return will be denied. Dalvs Kustom Garage must be contacted before returning any item to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. RMA number must be clearly marked on outside of package or package will be refused and returned to sender. Please pack your items carefully and use shipping insurance. DKG will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item which will be assessed by one of our team members and will determine if there is a fault). Credit will be given using the same payment method as original purchase within 30 days of receiving returned item. Dalvs Kustom Garage is not liable for any labor and/or installation/removal expenses incurred by customer as a result of a product purchase from Dalvs Kustom Garage.

Returns are not accepted on electrical items such as charging system components or ignition components unless for manufacturer's warranty claim if applicable. Please contact us to verify if your item is eligible for warranty claim from the manufacturer before returning item.
